Open your KSeF invoice XML
Drop in an invoice XML file and we'll show it as a readable invoice, ready to print. You can also download it as a PDF. The layout is based on the Ministry of Finance's open-source visualisation generator.
Your file never leaves your browser. The preview and the PDF are created on your device.

Frequently asked questions
- Is this PDF the original invoice?
- No. The invoice is the XML file stored in KSeF. The PDF is a readable copy for printing or reference.
- Is my file uploaded to a server?
- No. We open the file and turn it into a PDF in your browser, and we don't send it anywhere. We only count how often a preview is opened and a PDF is downloaded, along with the page language and the invoice type. No invoice content, no file names.
- Why does the PDF say “WIZUALIZACJA”?
- The word means “visualisation” and appears when you don't enter a KSeF number. Without the number, the PDF has no QR code for verifying the invoice in KSeF. An invoice given to a buyer outside KSeF must carry a QR code, so a PDF without the number won't do for that. Enter the number and the watermark disappears.
- What is the QR code for?
- Scan it with a phone and it opens a KSeF page showing whether the invoice is in the system. The Ministry of Finance calls it KOD I. We generate the code from the file's contents, so it only works if your file is exactly the one that went into KSeF. We don't check the number against KSeF, so copy it carefully. We don't generate the certificate-based code for offline invoices (KOD II).
